Andrew De Clara is an experienced property professional. Born and raised in Brisbane, he studied at St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace before attending Queensland University of Technology, where he completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Property Economics in 2006. Andrew was accepted for registration by the Queensland Valuation Registration Board in February 2007 and also became an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) in the same year.
Andrew has worked as a property valuer for over a decade for a variety of private and public stake holders undertaking a broad range of assessments throughout Queensland.
With a passion for property, Andrew completed a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) in 2013 through the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and became registered as a licensed real estate agent with the Office of Fair Trading. Andrew is the principal and managing director of De Clara Property.
Widely known throughout the real estate industry and greater property community, Andrew is highly respected for having the highest standard of quality and attention to detail and provides trusted, accurate, in depth valuation assessments and market appraisals. Andrew is also involved and undertakes work for Jones Lang Laselle (JLL) specialising as an expert witness for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for family law and matrimonial disputes.
Andrew has strong family values, and with his wife Vanessa, has two daughters, Poppy and Willow. Andrew loves spending time with his family and renovating their pre war cottage in Norman Park.
